Due to not being able to guarantee the integrity of temperature of any meat after it leaves our truck, we currently do not accept exchanges. Damages and Issues:

We take great care of our premium products. If your box is damaged, let us know before you drive away! Our #1 goal is your happiness! Please inspect your order when you receive it to make sure everything is right!
